Karate for New Beginner Adults

As an adult, are you curious about what a Karate practice could mean for you?

Sempai Elena will be teaching a special *slow intro* 1-month class for new beginner adults (16+)

Dates: Mondays, February 9th, 23rd, March 2nd and 9th

Time: 7-8pm
Place: MKD Karate 72-26 Roosevelt Avenue 2^nd floor
Cost: $120- this includes uniform and registration!

International Love

The Universe has brought me so many gifts. Today, in the form of soap from Canada. As a Buddhist who showers, (regularly,) this luxurious treat is perfect for me.

I believe that the Universe puts me right where I should be, exactly when I should be there, and gives me precisely what I need. (Do I need a shower? Actually, yes.) This is one more example of the Universe showing me that love abounds. That people are thoughtful and kind. And that I am never, ever alone. Thanks, Stephy.
